1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in the UAE.

Orders placed after cut-off times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Fees

A flat delivery fee of AED 35 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or location within the UAE.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all major cities and المناطق within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability may vary in remote areas, and additional time may be required.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed and verified. Brew Rush Specialty Coffee reserves the right to delay or cancel orders in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect information.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• A re-delivery may be scheduled (additional charges may apply), or

• The order may be canceled without refund for shipping fees.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address and contact information. Brew Rush Specialty Coffee shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery. Any issues such as damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made beyond this period may not be accepted.

9. Compliance with UAE Regulations

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is governed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including consumer protection laws related to e-commerce transactions.
