Returns & Refunds policy

At Royal Simplicity Coffee Trading LLC, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (including coffee beans and consumables), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

  • The item is not as described at the time of purchase

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods and consumables (including coffee and food items)

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

  • Submit clear photos showing the issue (if applicable)

  • Royal Simplicity Coffee Trading LLC reserves the right to assess and approve or reject return requests based on the provided information

4. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping fees (AED 35) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

6. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

  • The order may be canceled, and only the product cost (excluding the AED 35 shipping fee) may be eligible for refund

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted.

8. Quality Assurance

We take great care in packaging and handling all orders. If you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter efficiently.

9. Compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws

This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring fair handling of returns, refunds, and customer rights.
